Hello girls, today I will write a bit about my four-legged children: who they are, how they got here at home, the mess they make and the joy they bring.
Whoever follows me on Instagram (inesjunqueira) already knows them very well, after all I post a lot of photos of them.
Once I got married, I wanted so badly to have a little doggie, a Yorkshire, but my husband did not want at all. Not because he dislike dogs, but because he thought it would not be cool to have a dog because we travel a lot.
One day our friend and best man, Aldo, came to visit us and to show the puppy that he had just bought – a beautiful Maltese, Julius (literally cousin of my Snow).
I got crazy, it was on a Friday night, and on Saturday morning I convinced my husband to go to the kennel to see some dogs.
He went, but my husband made it clear that we would only see the puppies.
When we arrived there, I asked to see a Yorkshire, the dog I wanted so badly.
The kennel owner brought me a 2 months old Yorkshire, small like a mouse, not moving and that fit in my hand.
My husband said: “You saw already, so let’s go back home”
That’s was when the kennel owner asked us to wait a while, as she would show us a dog just like our friend’s, a Maltese, also 2 months old.
Snow suddenly came running, tumbling and winning our hearts. Yes, my husband’s too!!
My husband was so enamored by Snow, that he told me that if I had liked him he would give me the dog as a gift.
Of course I accepted with great pleasure!! Until today, it was the most beautiful gift I got from my husband.
Snow has arrived and brought with him a lot of joy and love to our home.

Theo, my cat, was a gift from God.
One day I was driving with my husband, crossing an avenue in my town, when I saw a kitten that was hit by a car. He was bleeding and suffering. I asked my husband to go around the block to help the cat.
We took the kitten covered on blood, with a broken leg, and rushed to a veterinary hospital.
Once there, the vet told us that he would need a surgery to fix the broken leg. It would be a complicated operation and if did not came out as planned, he would have to amputate his leg.
Thank God everything went well, after hospitalization, immobilization and a lot care, Theo got well.
I took Theo home and what was my surprise when Snow fell in love with him? They are super partners, they sleep together … embraced!!

Ice was the last to arrive, she is the daughter of Snow. She came to make me company, after all I had 3 males in the house and I was the only female …lol… she came to balance the game …lol…
She is very sweet, but not least messy than the boys.

Check out some photos of these little ones, that only brings us joy and leave our daily lives much more fun:

And how about you? Do you also have four-legged children??
Kisses!
