I confess that the Swedish H & M is one of my favorites when it comes to fast fashion.

Whenever I travel to Europe or the United States I get mad when I see a H & M store! Do you know that feeling when your eyes shine just see the name of the brand? So, it happens to me. #IloveH&M

I love H & M in first because the clothes, accessories and footwear of the brand are wonderful, I always find the latest trends on the racks of the store, all with high quality.

And second, because the prices are excellent!!

There is a rumor out there that soon H & M may arrive to Brazil! I can’t wait for that!

Today I will show you the look book of the H & M collection for the Summer 2013, check it out:

I confess I am anxious for my next vacations. In the last four years my husband and I have spent our vacations enjoying the European summer. We have not yet decided whether this year will be the same as the previous, but one thing is certain: if I visit Europe again, I will pay a little visit to the most charming fast fashion of the planet!

Fashion Rio – Summer 2013 – Part II

Hey girls, in all fashion weeks and fashion shows I try to figure out what in fact we will wear in the next season, because being on the runway is quite different from being on the streets.

Many pieces don’t go any further them the runway, while others become a real must have.

Let’s see what this fashion week in Rio will bring us, what will we really wear day-to-day.

Some of the trends presented at Fashion Rio I had already shown here on the blog some time ago.

The “Andrea Marques” brand bet on the orange color, and they were not alone, “Herchcovitch” did the same, and in a very different and daring manner. # LOVED

I have already spoken of ORANGE COLOR here on the blog.

In the parade of “Coven” the orange color was present in the clothes, shoes and accessories.

The “Maria Bonita Extra” showed a lot of structured pieces, totally charming.

It is impossible to speak about Fashion Rio without mention the brand “Lenny”, a brand that I love, because I am passionate about their bikinis.

The items of “Lenny” are always printed, super colorful and very stylish. # LOVE

Girls, let’s face it, the slits on the dresses of “Filhas de Gaia” are super sexy! And what else can I say about their belts? Always different and stylish.

The brand “2nd Floor” came with cawgirls wearing a lot of fringe items, it seems that the fringes will continue in summer 2013 here in Brazil.

“Poko Pano” came with several MISSONI INSPIRED pieces, I loved it!

That is it girls, another fashion week is gone, the trends were presented, and now each of you should choose what best suits to your bodies and your pockets, of course!

And remember that, YES, fashion is for all, is just a matter of knowing how to wear the right outfit to highlight your body.

Hello dear readers, how are you?

This is the look that I wore this week to record one more participation of mine on Leticia’s TV Show, which will be broadcasted on April 28th 2012 on TV Record, unfortunately this Show is only broadcasted to 100 cities in the region of Ribeirao Preto.

But be calm: I promise that as soon as the video is available I will post it here for those who want to watch.

I searched exhaustively for a black shirt, I went to several stores but could not find, however, to my joy, finally I found this satin blouse, and as soon as tried it I fell in love.

The beautiful skirt is a missoni inspired item, I’ve done a post HERE on the blog talking about the Missoni brand, do you remember??

The orange scarpin has been seen here on the Blog too, it gives more color to the look.

Concerning the accessories I made a more basic choice: double snake ring and a maxi earring, cute huh?

I love participating in another TV show giving tips on fashion! That make me very happy, after all it’s always good to help.

Once the video is available I’ll post it here on the blog for you ok?!

Missoni is the darling of the fashion addicted girls and everyone knows it, right?

The Missoni is an Italian brand created in the 50s, famous for its zig-zags.

These zig-zags have a name: Chevron. The print name comes from French and means “fish spine”.

But more surprising is that this so desired print pattern is not exclusive to the brand. Good for us, because we can find around many “Missoni Inspired” items, in other words – pieces inspired by the brand and its beautiful print, and of course, they have a much lower price.

So let’s seize this oportunity girls!

Every woman suffers when choosing the perfect outfit, especially if she is with a few extra pounds.

Remember that fashion is made for all. Thus, overweight women may follow the trends as much as thin people.

But how to look thinner in minutes?

Certain clothes help you look slimmer. Here are some precious tips:

1st – The dark fabrics, of course, favor the silhouette, but do not dress yourself only in black: variety is essential. Bet on the brown, blue, green and gray.

2nd – The V-necklines are always welcome, as they elongate the neck and the silhouette. The depth of the neckline has to be elegant, it could be the great advantage of the outfit, but if use a very deep neckline, it may be vulgar.

3rd – If you have thin legs but you are wider hip up, use dark clothes in the upper body and clear clothing at the bottom.

4th – Pants must be straight, avoid using too tight pants or pants with low waist.

5th – Avoid skirts, trousers and coats with many pockets and zippers, they give the impression of volume due to too much detail.

6th – The vertical stripes are great, leaving the silhouette more refined.

Fashion is made for all! It does not matter if you’re skinny or if you have a few extra pounds, if you are tall or short. Just choose the right pieces of clothing to valorize your body.

After all, who said that you have to be skinny to be beautiful?
